  • Owner and president of Spectrum Services since 1983, specializing in property management, development and construction of multi-family projects and investment acquisitions
  • Spectrum Services currently manages 70 rental properties in Johnson and Cass counties
  • Broker manager for J.D. Reece for 13 years, leading the company´s College Boulevard office from 16 to 100 agents
  • Owner of 21 duplexes as a result of building and doing 1031 Exchanges for 18 years
  • Purchased The Oaks Apartments in Lee´s Summit, MO in 2005 utilizing "Tenants-in-Common" which has performed at double the pro-forma rate the first year and nearly the same the second year
